Meet the Team

We are property professionals based in Bristol who are experienced in property investments, construction and interior design. We are passionate about working with landlords and tenants to provide high quality and affordable accommodation. We are very keen to work with new investors who can put their trust in us to manage their investment. 

We have lived in Bristol for over 20 years getting to know exactly what the city has to offer. We have personal experience of renting student and professional accommodation during our university years and beyond, which helps us to understand the tenants point of view. 

Mark has over eight years of experience in renting a business in Northern Ireland and Gabriela has grown up helping to run her family holiday home in Slovakia in a Ski Resort. 

We are knowledgeable when it comes to property investment and rental management. We are extremely grateful to our mentors from New Era Property who are the winners of the Gold Stevie Winners 2022 International Business Award and founders of the GoTenant digital property management software. We are highly enthusiastic about doing a great job and achieving high standards and take time to fully understand the needs of our tenants, landlords and investors.

We are both passionate about modern design for affordable accommodation that allows tenants to feel cosy and at home. We want to offer the right home for tenants and the right service for landlords which they can trust.
